Artist of the week/month: Michael Shapcott

Michael Shapcott is one of my favorites: His style is one of a kind, and his paintings are truly wonderful.
Though there are SO many more, here are some of his beloved works:

These two paintings are apart of his "Blue Truth" series, the top one is called "Fire Fly" and the second is called "Within White"

His style of drawing, water color, and wiping creates an unreal beauty in each painting. A haunting air about them all.

Michael Shapcott though a newer artist will definitely be loved for generations and his works will be remembered by many.
